Through Proceedings Rc. No. 2710, Dated: 03-0202023, State Project Director Samagra Shiskha of Telangana State provided comprehensive instructions on how to implement the READ Programme 2023 in TS Schools throughout the State. The Telangana State School Education Department’s READ Programme was created as part of the 100 Days of Reading Campaign 2023. The Read, Enjoy, and Development Programme will begin in all schools on February 5 and run through the conclusion of the current school year for students in grades 1 through 9.

All District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that, in accordance with the directives issued by the GOI, Ministry of Education, New Delhi, 100-days Reading Campaign has to be organised in all the schools duly taking up the week wise activities. Additionally, DEOs were urged to carry out the programme in its entirety and send information to this office every Saturday night using the following proforma via email to pedagogy.ts@gmail.com. Every week, CRPs should visit the schools to gather data from H.Ms, including images and videos, and then submit that data to the MEOs for consolidation before giving it to the DEOs, who will then give it to our office using the following proforma.
