Recruitment for AP Government Jobs in 2023: As soon as the Chief Minister grants his approval, the eagerly anticipated notification to fill more than 20,000 direct recruitment vacancies will be released. The State Cabinet authorized the plan to fill 20,250 positions in a number of departments, with 9,000 of those positions going to the Home Department, according to sources.

Jobs with the AP Government in 2023: The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh announced the hiring schedule for 2023–2022. The AP government intends to fill 10, 143 positions altogether. There will be recruitment for a number of categories. For backlog SC, ST, and Differently Abled positions, up to 1,238 openings will be filled. There are 36 openings in Group I and Group II of the APPSC. There will be 450 and 451 open positions in the fields of police and health (doctors and assistant professors, respectively).

Police will receive the notification in September 2023, while APPSC Group I and II will receive it in August 2023. In October 2023, the government will announce job openings for assistant professors and doctors of medicine.

The highest number of openings, 5,251, is in the Health – Paramedical (MLPHS), Pharmacists, and Lab Tech categories, according to the government’s recruitment schedule. The notification will be released in November 2023.

441 Nurse positions will be filled by the AP government, and a notification will be issued in December 2023. The hiring of 240 Lectures (Degree Colleges) and 2000 Assistant Professors (Universities) has also been declared by the government. The recruitment notices are anticipated to be released in January and February, respectively. A total of 36 positions will be filled through the hiring process. The government’s most valuable asset is its human resources. A capable, educated, and disciplined personnel is obviously essential for providing services.

The existing method for filling open sanctioned positions has been examined by the government, and it has been determined that the process has to be simplified. Up until now, recruitment has been done on an as-needed basis without clear deadlines for posting notifications.

In light of the aforementioned, the Hon’ble Chief Minister has instructed the Finance Department to publish an annual recruitment calendar each year detailing the positions to be filled on a regular, contract, and outsourced basis.

In light of this, the Finance Department, after obtaining information on open positions for direct hire, determined the number of direct hire positions to be filled on a regular, contract, and outsourcing basis, appropriately aligning these with government priorities, and after consulting with recruiting agencies, prepared the recruitment calendar for the years 2023–2022.

The following advantages will be provided by the annual recruitment calendar: (a) Give the recruitment agencies and the aspirant youth and stakeholder departments some assurance. (b). Avoid grouping recruits together. (c). Ensure the new hires’ seamless professional advancement.

In accordance with the foregoing, the Government hereby authorises the Department- and Post-Specific Recruitment, as specified in Annexure-A, to be undertaken by the relevant Recruiting Agencies for 10,143 (ten thousand one hundred and forty three) posts, in accordance with the Month-Specific Recruitment Calendar attached at Annexure-B.

The APPSC, APSLPRB, DSCs, and other recruiting agencies are hereby authorised to begin the recruitment process with regard to the positions listed in Annexure-A after receiving confirmation of the openings from the appropriate Departments and properly adhering to the protocol in effect.
